About modification and amendments in Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova

1. In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140 of November 2, 2005. "Section 5. Conversion on customs area
Subsection 1. General provisions
161. In this Chapter the following concepts are used:
main products of conversion - conversion products for which receipt the conversion mode on customs area was resolved;
conversion by-products - the conversion products other than main products of conversion which are the derivative product received in necessary procedure as a result of transaction on transformation;
conversion products - as the main, and conversion by-products when in the text their type accurately is not specified;
losses - goods quantity which collapse and lost during transaction on transformation, especially in case of leakage, drying, losses in the form of gases, evaporation;
method of quantitative determination - calculation of proportion of the import goods included in different products of conversion, in the ratio with quantity of import goods;
method of cost determination - calculation of proportion of the import goods included in different products of conversion, in the ratio with the cost of products of conversion; operators - persons, entirely or partially performing transactions on transformation;
equivalent compensation - the system allowing to receive conversion products from the equivalent goods determined in Item 39) of Article 1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova with observance of the conditions specified in the subitem and) Item 173 this provision;
