Article 1

The parties decided to organize and carry out in the territories of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Moldova through network of the companies and post offices acceptance and payment of postal money transfers on the socially important non-commercial payments stipulated in Item 1 of article 1 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Moldova about non-commercial payments signed on March 30, 1995 in Chisinau without restriction in the amount.

The amount of postal orders on other payments given in Item 2 of article 1 of the above-mentioned Agreement is regulated by availability of the corresponding currency on correspondent accounts.

Article 2

Transactions, stipulated in Article 1 this agreement, are performed through the correspondent account of authorized bank of the Republic of Moldova opened in authorized bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Postal orders are accepted and paid in national currencies of the Parties for the rate established by National Bank of Moldova.

Article 3

Each of the Parties establishes own rates for transfer of postal money transfers, and also for the additional services rendered to clients of the state in case of acceptance or payment of postal orders.

Article 4

For processing of postal orders and exchange of them between the states each Party will organize centralized Item on processing of postal money transfers.

Postal money transfers between the Parties are sent only through the specified Items with preliminary transfer of the corresponding amounts.
