"Forming of structure of court

3.1. According to part of 1 Article of 18 AIC of the Russian Federation the structure of court for consideration of specific case, including with participation of arbitral assessors, is created taking into account loading and specialization of judges according to the procedure, excluding influence on its forming of persons interested in the result of legal proceedings. Independence and impartiality of court (part 2 of article 5 of the Code) is provided including procedure for forming of structure of court, including the bases and replacement procedure of the judge (part 2 - the 5th Article of 18 AIC of the Russian Federation).
