About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 25, 2012 No. 166 "About approval of the list of harmful production factors, professions in case of which obligatory medical examinations, Rules of performing obligatory medical examinations are performed"

In pursuance of the subitem 3) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 25, 2012 No. 166 "About approval of the list of harmful production factors, professions in case of which obligatory medical examinations, Rules of performing obligatory medical examinations" (by SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 30, the Art. 397) the following changes and amendments are performed:

in Rules of performing the obligatory medical examinations approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 11 with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) pretrip and posttrip medical examination - in 30 minutes before flight, and within 30 minutes after the end of flight.";

add with Item 25-1 of the following content:

"25-1. Pretrip and posttrip medical examination - establishment or confirmation of availability or absence at physical person of disease, determination of the state of health, and also determination of alcohol intoxication and the use of drugs of drivers of motorized vehicles before flight and after the end of flight. Rules of performing obligatory pretrip and posttrip medical examinations of transport drivers affirm authorized body in the field of health care.";
