RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", and also for the purpose of further development of clearing settlements the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. part the second Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for issue, registration, the maintaining and storage of the book of notes and offers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2005 No. 285 "About some questions of the organization of work with the book of notes and offers and modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 52, 5/15728; 2009, No. 44, 5/29298) to state in the following edition:

"Payment of cost of the book (books) is made by transfer of required cash amount in the income of the republican budget according to the legislation. In case of introduction of payment by means of the automated information system of single settlement and information space of submission of the document confirming introduction of payment it is not required. The fact of introduction of payment by means of this system is confirmed by availability in it of information on payment.";

1.2. in Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting the centralized testing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2006 No. 714 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 92, 5/22424; 2008, No. 54, 5/26855; No. 95, 5/27523):
