Consider invalid the Regulations on procedure for carrying out segmentation at the state companies (associations) and joint-stock companies with equity of the state approved by the resolution of the State property fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 5, 1996 No. 03/1-80, and the resolution of the State property fund of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the State property fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 5, 1996 No. 03/1-80 "About procedure for carrying out segmentation at the state companies (associations) and joint-stock companies with equity of the state" of February 7, 1997 No. 18.
3. To management of methodology and monitoring (Lyakhova L. F.) in 10-day time and in joint-stock companies with equity of the state to direct the Instruction about procedure for carrying out segmentation of property at the state companies (associations) to registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To provide to general department (Kolosov T. P.) with this Instruction all structural divisions of the State property fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the head of department of methodology and monitoring Lyakhova L. F.
