2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2014 No. 439 "About refunding rate of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2014, 8/28854).
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 13, 2014.
