About recognition voided Resolutions of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of March 31, 2011 No. 466 and some resolutions NKREKP

1. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of March 31, 2011 No. 466 "About approval of the Procedure for establishment of retail prices on natural gas for the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2011 on No. 637/19375.
1) the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, of December 11, 2014 No. 763 "About approval of the Procedure for forming, calculation and price fixation on natural gas for the subjects of managing performing its production", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 30, 2014 for No. 1662/26439;
2) the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, of April 16, 2015 No. 1249 "About approval of Changes in the Procedure for establishment of retail prices on natural gas for the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2015 on No. 507/26952.
3. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
