The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of the tax income of Georgia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming to promote development and acceleration of freight traffic,

for the purpose of simplification and standardization of procedures of customs clearance on customs borders,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

In the this Protocol the terms determined by Article of 11 bases of customs legislations of the State Parties of the CIS of February 10, 1995 are used.

Article 2

Action of the this Protocol does not extend to goods concerning which the national legal system of the states of the Parties establishes special procedure for movement through customs border.

Article 3

The documents necessary for goods control on customs borders of the states in accordance with the terms of the this Protocol are:

a) the document of control of the goods delivery (further - DKD);

b) the certificate of origin of goods constituted according to the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin applied in the states of the Parties on mutually approved basis. Lack of the certificate of origin is not the basis for refusal in customs clearance.

Article 4

As DKD the Cargo customs declaration which is drawn up by customs authority of the state of departure and containing obligatory data as it is determined by national customs legislations of the states of the Parties is used.

The parties can establish the additional data which are subject to specifying in DKD for the purpose of use by customs authority of the transit State or the state of appointment.

DKD is used by customs authorities of the transit State of the state of appointment for control of the goods delivery to customs authorities of appointment.
