1. In paragraph six of Item 14 of the Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 1999 No. 1109 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 25, Art. 1178; 2002, No. 34, Art. 1612; 2003, No. 37, Art. 1981; 2011, No. 84, the Art. 3078) shall be replaced with words words of "orders of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" "acts of the legislation and orders of the Prime Minister of Ukraine".
2. The subitem "an" of Item 7 of the Procedure for the planning of control and auditing work as the State financial inspection and its territorial authorities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 8, 2001 No. 955 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, Art. 1478; 2003, No. 42, Art. 2221; 2006, No. 13, Art. 868; 2007, No. 43, Art. 1721; 2011, No. 71, of the Art. 2684), the words "acts and orders of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "acts of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine".
