About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 211 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 70, 8/23771), the following changes and amendments:
in Item 1:
shall be replaced with words the words "banknote of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further-banknotes)" "the banknotes released by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - banknotes),";
words "(specialized)", "central office of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" and "(departments)" to exclude;
in Item 7 of the word "without creation of accounting entries" shall be replaced with words "on banknotes of the same or other nominal by agreement with the client";
in part one of Item 8 of the word "its identification code accepted (used) in the corresponding settlement system" shall be replaced with words "bank identification code of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus or bank";
in Item 9:
add part one with the offer of the following content: "The withdrawn not payment banknotes to the client do not return, and are transferred to the manager of turnover cash desk (the manager of the storage room of values, the manager of operational cash desk).";
