confirming mutual aspiration to providing and protection of interests of Uzbekistan and Ukraine in the field of foreign economic activity, and also to development and deepening of cooperation in the field of customs affairs,

in view of provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Ukraine about free trade of December 29, 1994 and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Ukraine on cooperation in customs affairs of December 5, 1996,

agreed as follows:

1. In case of customs clearance of goods in mutual trade of the Party will be guided by the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of state members of the Commonwealth of Independent States of September 24, 1993.

2. The parties will perform verification (reliability establishment) of certificates of the CT-1, form concerning which there are doubts relatively of the data declared in these certificates and also regarding their authenticity. In some cases, as agreed by the parties, information can be provided with use of means of technical communication and subsequent its confirmation in writing in two monthly time.

3. On demand and not later than will submit within two monthly term of the Party each other information on customs value of goods concerning which there are doubts relatively of the data declared in invoices and invoices. In some cases, as agreed by the parties, information can urgently be provided with use of means of technical communication and subsequent its confirmation in writing.

4. The parties will inform each other on samples of seals of bodies and signatures of persons, representatives to certify certificates of the ST-1 form and will adjust regular exchange of the main regulating documents concerning customs valuation.
