About the Public regulatory service of Ukraine
For the purpose of implementation of system approach and establishing productive work on improvement of business climate in Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the Public regulatory service of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Liquidate Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship, having put on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine powers and functions on realization of the state regulatory policy, state policy in the field of licensing, authorization system, supervision (control) in the field of economic activity and on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade - powers and functions concerning development of small and medium entrepreneurship.
3. The public regulatory service of Ukraine to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the project of the Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine in a month.
