About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2013 No. 641

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for forming of extrabudgetary funds, implementation of the expenses connected with the activities which are bringing in incomes, the directions and procedure for use of means, being at the command state-financed organization, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2013 No. 641 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.07.2013, 5/37591), the following changes and amendment:

in Items 13 and 16 of the word "bringing in incomes" to replace with the word "entrepreneurial";

the paragraph one of Item 17 after the word of "organization" to add with words ", connected with implementation of business activity,";

in Item 18 part one:

replace the words "bringing in incomes" with the word "entrepreneurial";

exclude the words "according to the procedure, established in accounting policy of state-financed organization according to the legislation";

in paragraph four of part one of Item 25 of the word of "debt of state-financed organization" shall be replaced with words "accounts payable of state-financed organization (without the budget obligations registered in accordance with the established procedure by territorial authorities of the State Treasury)".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
