About payment terms of work of employees of the Agency on promotion and protection of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of the effective wages system directed to involvement of highly-skilled employees in Agency on promotion and protection of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 25 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 18.08.2021 No. 146

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 18.08.2021 No. 146

2-1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.12.2017 No. 849

2-2. Determine that the payment terms of work of technical and junior service personnel which are not provided by this resolution are regulated by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers occupied with servicing of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 23, 2008 No. 22.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
