being effective for the purpose of increase in efficiency of fight against violations in the field of the foreign and export exchange legislation, and also attaching great value to efforts of the international community on fight against legalization illegally of the received capitals,

recognizing need of cooperation between the competent authorities of the Parties performing currency and export regulation

agreed with following:

Article 1

Competent authorities according to legislations of the Parties, will perform:

1) Exchange of information of legal nature (the national legal system in the field of currency, export-import and other external economic transactions).

2) Experience exchange in the field of currency and export regulation.

Article 2

Exchange of information is performed based on properly drawn up inquiries sent by competent authorities of the Parties.

In case of need transfer to the third party of information obtained within this agreement is required written consent of the Party which provided this information.

Article 3

Rendering the practical help will be performed in the way:

- assistance in the organization of working visits, exchange of representatives, legal status and which functions will be determined by competent authorities of the Parties;

- holding seminars;

- development and exchange of methodical recommendations;

- and other forms.

Article 4

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement competent authorities of both Parties sign the protocols determining order of interaction of the Parties.

Article 5

The parties perform cooperation on the principles of legality, reciprocity, efficiency and confidentiality.
