About entering of amendment and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9329; 2005, No. 24, 5/15563; 2006, No. 127, 5/22682; 2009, No. 14, 5/29089; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 03.05. 2013, 5/37196):

add Item 6 with subitem 6.13-4 of the following content:

"6.13-4. quarterly approves in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance the budget of subsistence minimum on average per capita and on the main social and demographic national groups in the prices of the last month of every quarter;";

to exclude subitem 8.2 from Item 8;

1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 14.10.2019 No. 694
