For the purpose of preparation of transition to open pricing on products of the agro-industrial complex Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make in 2014 in the Mogilev region experiment on working off of the scheme of realization of milk (raw materials), milk and dairy products using free prices on:

milk (raw materials) realized by the organizations of the Mogilev region performing production of agricultural products (further - agricultural producers), to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of milk (further - the milk-processing organizations);

the milk and dairy products realized by the milk-processing organizations of the Mogilev region in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that in 2014:

2.1. procurement of milk (raw materials) at agricultural producers of the Mogilev region is conducted by the milk-processing organizations based on the agreements signed by subjects of managing without determination in accordance with the established procedure of raw zones;

2.2. the milk-processing organizations of the Mogilev region realize the milks and dairy products made by them in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on free selling prices.
