2. Realization of the powers established according to Item 1 of this resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
3. Declare invalid since January 1, 2014 the paragraph of the twenty sixth of the subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the powers of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation, Federal Nature Management Supervision Service and Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 13, 2010 No. 717 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 38, the Art. 4835).
4. Items 1 and 3 of the changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2014.
