1. Abolish Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel and Federal Service for Defence Contracts.

2. b) provide in accordance with the established procedure offers on limiting refining of the number of staff of these bodies in connection with transfer of functions of the abolished Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel to them.

4. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) transfer functions of the abolished Federal Service for Defence Contracts to federal executive bodies which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, having provided their realization since January 1, 2015;
