1. The hydromassage shower cabin consisting of plastic pallet with opening for discharge of water, stationary established motionless walls and sliding doors, racks with the switch of water, connecting hose and watering can, nozzles for water supply of the hydromassage device creating vortex effect and containing the pump intended for creation of water streams under pressure of the block of electronic control, system of pipes according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item of 9019 10 900 1 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union.

2. The hydromassage bathtub consisting of the bathtub equipped with regulated nozzles of the hydromassage device creating vortex effect and containing the pump intended for creation of water or air-to-water streams under pressure, the block of electronic control, system of pipes according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subsubline item of 9019 10 900 1 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
