About modification of Requirements concerning writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division

According to part seven of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Make to the section II of Requirements concerning the writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 at No. 367/20680, the following changes:

add Item 2.14 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The proper name of public association may contain the word "association".";

add the Section with new Items of the following content:

"2.19. In the name of sports federation the sport to which development it promotes is specified. In the name of sports federation of disabled people the corresponding lack of health is noted.

2.20. In names of legal entities if such persons have no status of the operator of the state lotteries or the distributor of the state lottery according to the Law of Ukraine "About the state lotteries in Ukraine", use of the word "lottery" and phrases "state lottery", "national lottery", "Ukrainian Lottery" in any cases and contexts is forbidden.

2.21. The educational institution shall have own name in which its type (kindergarten, school, gymnasium, lyceum, коллегиум, college, institute, conservatory, academy, university, etc.) and form of business surely is specified.".
