Article 1

The parties will provide that vehicles, the loads, baggage, mailings, currency, other means of payment and currency values following through border were supplied with the relevant documents answering to customs and currency rules of gosudarstvuchastnik of this agreement and applied in freight traffic and in post exchange.

Article 2

The parties will mutually recognize customs papers, customs seals, prints of seals and stamps and official signs on vehicles, loads and mailings. They can recognize also mutually seals and seals of forwarding and transport organizations and official signs on vehicles.

Article 3

The parties will exchange samples of the customs papers and customs providing mentioned in Article 2, and also lists of goods, import, export or transit of which through the territory of their states is limited or prohibited.

Article 4

The parties will timely notify each other on changes and amendments in the customs legislation, rules, office instructions and forms of customs papers and providing.

Article 5

Movement of goods and vehicles between customs of the Parties will be performed with use of the cargo customs declaration.

Article 6

All matters of argument connected with accomplishment, interpretation and change of Articles of this agreement are solved by consultations between Customs Services of the Parties.

Article 7

Customs papers are shown in Russian or in English languages.
