Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 27, 2011 No. 565 "About approval of provisions of committees, departments and independent Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the following changes and amendments:
1. In Regulations on Committee of criminal police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
add Item 13 with subitems 3) and 4) of the following content:
"3) ensuring monitoring of accomplishment condition within competence of obligations according to international treaties;
4) execution within competence of obligations according to international treaties.".
2. In Regulations on the Investigative Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
