About some questions of pay increase of work to separate employee categories of education system

According to Article 63 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus and for the purpose of work incentives of employees of organizations of education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

1.1. allowances for availability of qualification categories to pedagogical workers:

organizations of preschool, general secondary, vocational, professional, secondary vocational education, social and pedagogical organizations, special teaching and educational, special medical and educational facilities, organizations of additional education of children and youth, educational and improving organizations, organizations of additional education of adults (except academies, institutes of advanced training and retraining), the organizations performing scientific and methodical ensuring education on district (city, regional) level, the organizations of health care and the organizations rendering social services;

structural, separate divisions of organizations of education in case of implementation of educational programs of general secondary, professional, secondary vocational education by them;

structural, separate divisions of other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities, in case of implementation of the educational program of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education by them at the level of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education for persons with intellectual insufficiency (further – organizations of education);
