About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2006 No. 779

- Bring in Rules of the omission on highways of vehicles with the loadings and dimensions exceeding the established regulations approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2006 No. 779, the following changes and amendments:

- in Items 5, of 6, of the 7 and 14 word "Ministries of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- in Items 5, the 6 and 8 word "dimension" shall be replaced with words "inseparable loads";

- to add Item 10 after the words "the exceeding established regulations" in brackets with words "(with inseparable load)";

- after Item 17 to add with new Items of the following content:

"18. Movement of vehicles on public roads with the loadings and dimensions exceeding the established regulations is forbidden (with razdelimy load).

19. To executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas of the republic with involvement of local entrepreneurs comprehensively to render assistance to authorized bodies in creation in Items of observation of sites of highways of necessary conditions on ensuring execution of Item 18 of these rules. In case of exceeding of admissible regulations of weight and load of vehicle axis (with razdelimy load), the inspector shall take adequate measures according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and hand the instruction for unloading of the load exceeding the established regulations or its overloads on other railway vehicles.
