About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of rather quantitative structure and the termination of activities of deputy fractions (deputy groups)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133; 2011, No. 10, Art. 64; 2013, No. 49, Art. 687), following changes:

Part one of Article 58 to add 1) with the words "or People's Deputies who were pushed by political party that on election results did not take part in distribution of deputy mandates";

Part the fourth Article 60 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. The deputy fraction (deputy group) which structure became less minimum number of People's Deputies of these Regulations determined by part four of Article 59, in 15 days after day of approach of such fact appears the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dismissed".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
