Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. The qualification examination is held by examination committee which consists of the chairman and members of the commission as a part of at least seven people. The chairman and at least three members of examination committee are employees of the Bank of Russia.

The members of council on actuarial activities who are not employees of the Bank of Russia can be part of examination committee.

The staff of examination committee is established by the administrative act of the Bank of Russia.

1.2. The qualification examination is taken in Russian without the assistance of the translator. The payment for passing qualification examination from the physical person wishing to enter self-regulatory organization of actuaries (further - the applicant), is not levied.

1.3. The qualification examination is held at least once a year.

Date of qualification examination is determined by the Bank of Russia.
