attaching special significance to question of providing the population with medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment,
aiming to keep and develop the developed interrelations in the field of pharmaceutical industry,
proceeding from the principles of equality, respect of sovereignty, mutual advantage and mutual assistance,
agreed as follows:
Contracting parties will give support to the manufacturing companies of medical products in ensuring production and supply of medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment.
Contracting parties agreed that supply of medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment will be performed according to legislations of Contracting Parties and on the basis of contracts (agreements) signed by economic subjects of all patterns of ownership.
Contracting parties agreed to keep and develop the cooperated bonds in the supply of raw materials, materials, semifinished products, the equipment necessary for production of medicines.
Contracting parties will promote allocation of material resources to the companies which are turning out products of medical appointment for the state needs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
Contracting parties agreed systematically to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of research and development works, shall cooperate in area of standardization, registration and quality control of medicines.
