Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Item 88 of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2011, No. 41, Art. 5743):

a) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The federal ministries developing other documents and materials which are subject to entering into the State Duma along with the federal law draft about the federal budget (about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget), send them to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for submission by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to the Government.".
