1. To Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation when implementing border control:

organize the direction of citizens of Ukraine and the persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territory of Ukraine, arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure (further - citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons), in territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or in the temporary information Items organized by the specified Ministry in appropriate subject of the Russian Federation, including at local check points (places of crossing of border).

2. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Crimea, the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Leningrad, Moscow and Rostov regions, of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol:

orient the citizens of Ukraine and persons without citizenship including which are in temporary accommodation centers to moving to other subjects of the Russian Federation, including to the subjects of the Russian Federation realizing in the territory the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2006 No. 637 "About measures for rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of the compatriots living abroad";
