- the commission chairman is the Director of Institute of geology, aseismic construction and seismology of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- the vice-chairman of the Commission - the head of department of examination and the analysis of gemstones of the State storage of values under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Members of the commission:
- the chief of the sector of accounting and pricing of Management for precious metals and stones of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- chief specialist of Management of regulation and development of foreign trade of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- chief specialist of Management of macroeconomic forecasting and financial relations of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- chief specialist of Management of ore mining industry and precious metals of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- the gemology expert of the State assay supervision under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
