1. In the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GGNI No. 299 of 2.05.2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 99-100 from 25.05.2012) to make the following changes and additions:

a) in introductory part of the Order expression "Articles 162, of part (1), Item and), Articles 164, of part (4), Item d), Articles 168, of part (1), Item b)" to replace with expression "Articles of 161 parts (1)";

b) in Item 28 to replace figure "30" with figure "60";

c) 2) of Item 52 to exclude part b from the subitem).

2. This Order becomes effective from the date of signing.

3. To provide to management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics of GGNI publication of this Order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
