2. The state social: insurance for persons who are engaged in individual labor activity according to Art. 1 of the Law "About the National Social Insurance" of the Kyrgyz Republic is obligatory.

3. The main condition of receipt of insurance benefit and pensions on the national social insurance is registration of persons who are engaged in individual labor activity in departments of Social fund and systematic introduction of insurance premiums by them.

II. Order of registration

4. Persons who are engaged in individual labor activity shall according to Art. 22 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance" be registered as payers of insurance premiums in departments of Social fund for the residence or business location, or in the place of receipt of the patent, license for activities.
