Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 "About pricing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 37, 2/30; 2006, No. 6, 2/1177; 2008, No. 14, 2/1414) following changes and amendments:
1. To exclude from Article 1 of the word of "power of the state bodies exercising regulation of pricing and control of it".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Belarus on pricing
The legislation of the Republic of Belarus on pricing consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
Features of pricing in spheres of natural monopolies are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on natural monopolies.
If international treaties of the Republic of Belarus establish other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of international treaties.".
3. In Article 3:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"pricing - process on establishment and use of the prices (rates);";
to the fourth to exclude the interlinear note to the paragraph;
to state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh in the following edition:
"price regulation (rates) - impact on processes of establishment and use of the prices (rates) from the subjects of pricing performing price regulation (rates);
regulated price (rate) - the price (rate) established by the subjects of pricing performing price regulation (rates);";
from the paragraph of the eighth word", established by the subject of pricing" to exclude;
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the limiting allowance (discount, markup) - the restriction to the price set by the subjects of pricing performing price regulation (rates);";
