1. Approve the Procedure for transfer of the bearer shares issued by the issuer in documentary form in nominal shares (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of September 29, 2009 No. 1129 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer of the bearer shares issued by the issuer in documentary form in nominal shares", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2010 for No. 115/17410 (with changes).
