About approval of Changes to Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in drugstores

According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in the drugstores approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 812, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 2012 for No. 1846/22158, that are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities (Ya.Tolkachev) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister R. Salyutin.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes to Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in drugstores

1. In the text of Rules of the word of "newborns and babies" in all cases shall be replaced with words "newborns and children about one year" in the corresponding cases.

2. The fifth Item 1.3 of the Section I to exclude the paragraph.
