1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 11, 2012 No. 1221 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data by keepers of securities and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 1, 2012 on No. 1666/21978 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. This decision becomes effective since September 1, 2014, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
