1. Approve offers of the Union of youth of Uzbekistan, commercial banks, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent about:

construction of the apartment houses and reconstruction existing not used and incomplete construction of facilities in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent under apartment houses for young families (further - houses of young families of the Union of youth of Uzbekistan);

provision of apartments in houses of the Union of youth of Uzbekistan to young families in property by allocation to young families of soft mortgage loans commercial banks for payment of cost of the acquired apartment in houses "Kamolot" according to this resolution for a period of 20 years, including with 5-year grace period, without payment of the initial contribution, with the interest rate equal to 50 percent refunding rate of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Determine that:

customers of construction and reconstruction of houses of the Union of youth of Uzbekistan are services of the single customer under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent;
