The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on management of state-owned property and support of entrepreneurship and the Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine which are hereinafter referred to as "Party"

aiming to establish mutually beneficial relations between business entities of the states of the Parties,

being effective within the competence and being guided by regulations of the national legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine,

promoting creation of conditions for mutual participation of business entities of two states in privatization programs,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties communicate about the privatization course, the corresponding regulatory legal acts and decisions of the Government, characteristics of the privatized companies and objects in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine, including by carrying out working meetings, seminars, consultations and other joint actions, and also at the request of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties render assistance to placement of information on questions of privatization in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Ukraine in mass media of the countries.

Article 3

By mutual consent of the Parties changes and additions which are drawn up by separate protocols can be made to this agreement and are integral part of this Agreement.

Article 4

All disputes connected with interpretation and application of provisions of this agreement are solved by consultations and negotiations between the Parties.

Article 5

This agreement becomes effective from the date of signing.
