Bring in rules of application of national mark of conformity, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2001 No. 1599 "About approval of the description and rules of application of national mark of conformity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 49, Art. 2188; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1451; 2012, No. 59, the Art. 2370), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3 of the word "number of this body according to the state register of such bodies" shall be replaced with words "code of this body according to the register of the appointed conformity assessment bodies".
2. The first offer of Item 5 to state in the following edition: "5. The mark of conformity is applied on product or on the label, container, packaging, the operational and shipping documentation in case of impossibility or not correctness of its drawing is direct on product if other is not provided by the corresponding technical regulation.".
