About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1036 of September 17, 2007.

In the Order of the Government No. 1036 of September 17, 2007. "About approval of some regulations on procedure for accumulating, use and accounting of the consular fees and special means arriving from provision of paid services" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 153-156, 1083), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution, the name and the text of appendices of the word "Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Diplomatic Missions and Consular Establishments" and "diplomatic missions and consular establishments" shall be replaced with words "organizations of diplomatic service" in the corresponding case;

2) appendix No. 1:

in Item 1 of the word" (further – diplomatic missions)" to exclude;

in Item 2 and in the subitem and) Item 3 of the word "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, diplomatic missions" shall be replaced with words "organizations of diplomatic service";

Item 3:

the subitem d) words "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration or diplomatic mission" shall be replaced with words "organizations of diplomatic service";

add at the end with the following text: "In case of currency depreciation of adoptive state in relation to euro more than for 5% diplomatic mission levies the consular fee in adoptive state currency on the daily buying rate of euro established by the bank servicing diplomatic mission";

in Item 10 of the word of "consular establishments" shall be replaced with words "diplomatic missions";
