About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008, ZR-5-N (further – the Law):

Part to add 3) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) projects on change of purpose of the parcels of land according to the procedure and the cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
