About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95
According to Articles 6, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. The paragraph one of Item 1.5 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075, to exclude.
2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova A. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Operation management of the National Bank of Ukraine and Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for management in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this resolution.
