About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008 to add ZR-5-N (further – the Law) with Item 30.1 of the following content:
"30. 1) performs other powers provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About rubbish disposal and sanitary cleaning;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of Article 55 with Item 11.1 of the following content:
"11. 1) performs other powers provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About rubbish disposal and sanitary cleaning;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
