About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Item 5 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008 ZR-5-N (further – the Law) after words of "his deputies" to add with words "advisers, assistants, the press secretary,".

Article 2. To state Items 14 and 15 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:

"14) makes the decision on creation, reorganization, dissolution of the organizations subordinated to Yerevan, approval of their charter or changes in it, and also participation of Yerevan in other organizations and the termination of this participation;

15) makes the decision on structure, number, the staff list and rates of official pay rates of staff of the organizations subordinated to Yerevan having the status of organization;".

Article 3. Add the law with Article 48.1 of the following content:

"Article 48.1. Chief architect of Yerevan

1. Yerevan has the chief architect of Yerevan whom appoints to position and the mayor dismisses.

2. The chief architect of Yerevan can have the assistant whom appoints to position and the mayor dismisses.".

Article 4. Part 1 of article 50 of the Law after words "heads of administrative districts," to add with words "the chief architect of Yerevan,".

Article 5. Part 3 of article 51 of the Law:

To add 1) after the word "structural" with words "(management, the secretariat, department)", and after the word "allocated" words "(the device, department, service of the head of the administrative district and other)";
