1. Conduct on May 1, 2014 in Kiev, the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions and since July 1, 2014 in the Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, since August 6, 2014 in the Volynsk, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Kirovohrad, Nikolaev, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkassk and Chernivtsi regions experiment on implementation of realization of distrained property by carrying out the electronic biddings.
2. Approve the Temporary procedure for realization of distrained property by carrying out the electronic biddings (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
3. By results of experiment to the Chairman of the Public executive service of Ukraine Storozhuk D. A. by November 1, 2014 to submit proposals on feasibility of introduction of realization of distrained property by carrying out the electronic biddings in general across Ukraine.
