The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Government of People's Republic of China and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the hereinafter referred to as Contracting Parties, recognizing need of implementation of the international automobile communication between the territories of the states of Contracting Parties, for the purpose of strengthening and development of mutually advantageous friendship, agreed as follows:
Contracting parties agreed to create favorable conditions for transportations of passengers and loads along mutually agreed routes.
The international motor transportations of passengers and loads between the territories of Contracting Parties are performed by the vehicles registered according to national legal systems of Contracting Parties.
The authorization system of the international motor transportations is applied to the vehicles of Contracting Parties determined for international carriages.
Boundary transitions, routes and procedures of registration of the international motor transportations of passengers and loads are approved by competent authorities of Contracting Parties.
The routes which are subject to first-priority opening are specified in the Appendix which is integral part of this agreement.
Competent authorities under this agreement are: from the Republic of Uzbekistan - Uzavtotrans State joint-stock corporation and the State joint-stock concern "Uzavtoyul"; from People's Republic of China - the Ministry of communications; from the Kyrgyz Republic - the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The carrier of one Contracting Party is not allowed to transport passengers and loads between two Items located in the territory of other Contracting Party.
