1. Item 4 of the order of the State committee of forestry of September 7, 2007 No. 528 "About approval of form of the certificate of origin of forest products and the timber made of them for implementation of export transactions and the Instruction for filling of form of the Certificate of origin of forest products and timber made of them for implementation of export transactions", registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2007 at No. 1111/14378, to state in the following edition:
"4. Issue of certificates to subjects of managing which are registered in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to put on the Kherson regional management of forest and hunting economy.
Temporarily before the end of anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine issue of certificates to subjects of managing which are registered in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions to put on the Zaporizhia regional management of forest and hunting economy, and also on Kiev regional and across Kiev managements of forest and hunting economy.".
2. To department of agriculture (Lazarus T. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
