About reform of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 3) of article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of upgrade and increase in system effectiveness of public administration, optimization of the state apparatus and forming of the compact Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:
1. Reorganize:
1) the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer to it of functions and powers in the field of budgetary planning - from the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer to it of functions and powers in the field of forming and realization of state policy in the field of development of fishery, water resources management, the woods, fauna - from the Ministry of the environment and water resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer to it of functions and powers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for functions and powers in the field of industrial safety, forming and development of the state material reserve.
2. Form:
1) the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer to it of functions and powers:
The Ministries of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for functions and powers in the field of budgetary planning;
Ministries of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
in the field of forming and development of the state material reserve - from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics;
Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies;
Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of the competition (Anti-monopoly agency);
Consumer protection agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer to it of functions and powers:
